The Influence of College Students¡¯ Career Barriers on Career Preparation Behavior - Mediating Effects of Career stress Career resilience -

Abstract
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of college students attending Daegu Metropolitan City and Gyeongsangbuk Province on career preparation behavior for about 1 month from May 15, 2017 to June 15.

Methods : The questionnaire was structured by 450 participants and 420 participants were used as the final analysis and the data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program and AMOS 18.0 program. The conclusions and suggestions of this study are as follows.

Results and Conclusions : First, the results of analyzing the difference of career barriers, career stress, career resilience and career preparation behavior according to general characteristics are as follows. Second, the result to examine the effects of career barriers, career stress, and career resilience on career preparation behaviors, self-clartiy, indecision and job information of a sub-factor of career barriers were a factor influencing career preparation behavior, job ambiguity, lack of information and job information of a sub-factor of career stress were a significant factor influencing career preparation behavior. Third, career barriers, career stress and career resilience of college students were found to be important factors influencing career Preparation behavior. Fourth, As a result of verifying indirect effects of career stress and career resilience of the Effect of College Students` Career Barriers on Career Preparation Behavior, it, turned out that there was mediating effects of career stress and career resilience.
